This is the easiest and yummiest soup ever! Requires very little thought and freezes beautifully if you happen to have any left over! This makes about 6 big bowls of soup!
You can easily control the warmth on this with your curry powder. I'm a wimp so I always use mild but you could add hot for an extra warming bowl on a cold winters day...
