Vegetable Sauce

A freezer staple, we almost always have some and it's so handy for a fast dinner! This is delicious warmed over pasta, gnocchi or can even be used as the base for pizzas! The best part of this is that it only requires any vegetables you have that need to be used up! This will keep well in the freezer for up to 6 months. When freezing I usually find 1 ladel full is a good portion and this helps me mark up my freezer bags!
