A warm hug in a bowl. Not too spicy although if you do prefer more of a kick then you can add more chilli or use a hot curry powder. This is one of those meals that taste better after being in the fridge overnight or frozen and discovered a month later when rummaging through the freezer looking for a decent meal! This recipe serves 4 hungry people or can be bulked out with naan bread and onion Bahjis!
