The ultimate recipe! I have made these countless times and after a few years of tweaking my recipe I feel like I have got these absolutely perfect!


My favourite flavour is simply chocolate chunk however at Christmas I really like white chocolate and cranberry...


If you want to make these extra chocolatey, substitute 50g of flour for cocoa powder!


This recipe makes a batch of approx 30 small cookies which is rather a lot but I highly recommend freezing half the batch in a tupperware in the cookie dough ball stage. Perfectly ready for when you have surprise guests or you just absolutely need a warm cookie straight from the oven! They take an extra 2 minutes to back from frozen.
