These are brilliant to quickly whip up if you have friends coming over. You can even make the dough the night before and leave it in the fridge overnight ready to bake the next morning!
My best advice for this is to handle the dough as little as possible.
If you are pushed for time and own a food processor, you can pop all the ingredients in there and whizz it up till it forms a ball of dough!
You can also make this as one large biscuit (like the image below) that you cut up warm from the oven just adjust the cooking time to 20 minutes ☺️
