Sausage Ragu

Despite not being a huge personal fan of sausages, I absolutely love having this for dinner! The sausages add so much depth and bite to this dish and it makes the perfect dish to serve all year round topped with lots of fresh basil in the summer and in the winter covered with parmesan and pangratatto (recipe linked in the button below!)
