Red Velvet Cake

Possibly my favourite cake! A strong statement but I think it really might just be the best! To do the decoration on this cake is so simple, I make it with my little girl as like a 'craft' and keep it in my freezer till I need to decorate a cake or for a very fancy snack! Just melt some white and milk (or dark if you prefer) chocolate in 2 separate bowls and leave to cool slightly. Pour both into a clear ziplock bag and use your hands/fingers to wobble the chocolate around the bag until you get a cute marble design. Once happy, lay it on a baking tray so it's flat and pop it into the freezer to set! It will keep in there for up to 3 months if you don't end up eating it before then!




Totally forgot to add the sugar in my cute recipe picture below! You’ll need 400g of golden caster sugar! xx
