Raspberry and Almond Traybake

Hello everyone!!

I present to you all another delicious recipe from the wonderful Nanny Jenny!

This is an extra special recipe as it is in collaboration with Breast Cancer Research which holds a huge place in our hearts as my beautiful Nanny survived breast cancer almost 20 years ago and we feel truly blessed every single day that she is still here with us spreading joy with her baking and tales of her past.

Running for over 20 years, Afternoon Tea is Breast Cancer Research's famous foodie fundraiser. It’s where amazing people across the UK come together with friends, family, or colleagues to drink tea, sell cakes, run raffles, host games and much more.

We thought we would share one of Nannies delicious recipes with you that you could perhaps bake for your own foodie fundraiser or just to enjoy in the afternoon with a lovely pot of tea!

If the idea of a foodie fundraiser does sound like something you would love to take part in, all you need to do is click this link to sign up and fill out a quick and easy form. Once you do that Breast Cancer Now will send you one of their fantastic fundraising kits full of inspiration and decorations.

Raising £60 could pay for 2 hours of world-class research in Breast Cancer Now’s labs. That’s 2 more hours of progress, 2 hours closer to breakthroughs, and ultimately 2 hours closer to a world where everyone diagnosed with breast cancer lives.

Now without further ado, I present...
