This is such a delicious recipe to have under your belt and it can be enjoyed in so many ways! As the main part of a Sunday lunch, with a fresh salad or even cold thin slices in a sandwich!

Hiya 🥰 I would recommend keeping the pork as it will effect the texture and fat content however if you would prefer to omit it, I would use a high fat content beef mince! xx
