Malteser Biscuits!

Recently I was in a restaurant who had a malteser cheesecake on the menu for dessert and that really sparked my imagination!

So after a few attempts I've really now nailed the recipe. Sofia ate one after coming home from school today and announced that these are the best ones yet! Yay!🎉
