Crunchy Chocolate Chip Cookies

I had a craving for some not too sweet, crunchy cookies and I'm so pleased with how these turned out! I've used 50% rye flour which gives them an ever so slightly nutty taste and compliments the chocolate chunks rather nicely!!

This recipe will make approx 12 chunky cookies and they will keep very nicely in an airtight tin!
