Comforting Chilli

I honestly love this chilli! I went years thinking I hated chilli because I was used to the awful watery and flavourless mince meat versions which had hard kidney beans floating in them... I digress. This is absolutely nothing like that at all and will convert anyone who says they don't like chilli into saying it's their favourite meal!

Now, kidney beans are completely optional, I know they are disliked by many but I have grown to love them and I add a tin into the pot at the same time as my tinned tomato's so they cook down really soft!
