Cinnamon Buns


I measure the success of anything I cook or bake on the reaction it gets from my husband. He told me he doesn't want any of these as he doesn't like cinnamon. He tried a bite to be polite and then promptly devoured it and helped himself to a second one! I deem that it was a success!!


I've baked these in a 'tear and share' style. If you would prefer individually pretty ones, for your second prove/cooking, space them out over a few baking trays so they have room to grow! See below pictures for a 1st and 2nd rise!



And last but not least, these can be partly made the night before ready to be cooked the next morning.


Make up into the the part where you leave them for a second rise, cover and put in the fridge overnight instead. The next morning, take them out and bring to room temperature so they can rise before popping in the oven and continuing with the rest of the recipe!
