The yummiest and easiest tart to make! I always use frozen raspberries to make this primarily because they are cheaper but also because I find they hold their shape really well when cooked in the oven. I have tried this with strawberries but I find they go a little mushy when baked however the tart is still so yummy!

You can leave it as is or you can decorate nice and pretty like this... (I also added 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder to the pastry to make it extra indulgent)
