Sooooooo glad I decided to make these as they are honestly so good and really easy! Just one of those recipes that you know are going to come part of your repertoire straight away! They freeze beautifully so it's always good to have these in the freezer ready for a delicious weekend breakfast just pop them in the fridge the night before to defrost!
The herbs & spices are really adaptable too these are just my preferred mix but I do really recommend the brown sugar, it helps the patties really caramelise in the when cooking!
